Test Readiness Review
What it actually means
The review held before a formal test event confirming everything is actually ready: test article configuration frozen and known, procedures approved, instrumentation calibrated, personnel trained, safety approved, and pass/fail criteria agreed before data exists. Skipping a real TRR is how programs end up arguing about what a test meant instead of what it showed.
