Nonconformance Report
What it actually means
The quality record opened when material or product departs from its requirements — capturing what's wrong, containment, disposition, and root cause. NCR trends are a design feedback channel as much as a factory metric: the same nonconformance recurring is the process (or the drawing) telling you something.
